CI Capital Partners LLC is a long-term investor, with the primary investment objective of significant capital appreciation.

CI Capital focuses on making control investments in leveraged buyouts of companies which offer the opportunity for significant capital appreciation while minimizing the risk of capital loss.  CI Capital targets businesses in industries with predictable growth and strong cash flow.  The sectors on which the Firm focuses include business services, consumer services, distribution, government services and defense, and light manufacturing, reflecting our areas of expertise and the opportunity to effectively assume the role of strategic investor.  CI Capital partners with experienced management teams in structuring and implementing growth strategies to build businesses both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

CI Capital generally targets equity investments of $50 million to $200 million; however, if there is the potential to efficiently deploy additional capital and/or the potential for a significant capital gain, the Firm will pursue companies where as little as $25 million is required for the initial equity investment, which is typically followed by additional invested capital to fund acquisitions and expansion.  When evaluating investment opportunities, the Firm is focused on: (i) companies in industries with consolidation potential, (ii) industries with predictable growth and cash flow, (iii) the opportunity to partner with an experienced management team, and (iv) the opportunity for significant value creation through operational restructuring.

We establish long-term partnerships with exceptional executives.  CI Capital Partners devotes significant resources to identifying and retaining gifted and driven managers and entrepreneurs. Management has significant equity ownership in the enterprise to create incentives and align interests.  In addition, our portfolio companies implement substantial incentive compensation programs that reward key employees for performance.
