CI Capital Partners announced the going-private acquisition of Electrograph Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manchester Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: MANC) in August, 2005. The company had approximately $160 million of revenues.

Electrograph is an ideal platform from which to capitalize on the dramatic growth in the market for plasma and LCD display solutions for professional, commercial and high-end consumer users. As the market for these products expands in the coming years, manufacturers will come to rely more heavily on value-added distributors that have a unique ability to reach the market's integrators, resellers and their end customers.

In June, 2006 Electrograph announced that it had acquired International Computer Graphics, Inc. (ICG), of City of Industry, Calif., one of North America's top specialty distributors of LCD, plasma and desktop displays, digital imaging peripherals and AV presentation products. The acquisition of ICG roughly doubles Electrograph's revenues to more than $550 million annually and strengthens its presence on the West Coast while enhancing its overall logistical presence across the United States.

In February, 2006 Electrograph announced that it had acquired ActiveLight, Inc. and CineLight, Inc., both based in Poulsbo, Washington, from Powder Hill Group. ActiveLight, Inc. is a leading value-added distributor of display technology solutions and projectors to the professional, commercial and high-end consumer markets. CineLight is a leading, value-added distributor of advanced display technology products and accessories to home theater designers and resellers.
