Rajan H. Raval Associate
Rajan H. Raval is an Associate
and joined CI Capital Partners in July 2006. As a member of the investment
team, Mr. Raval initiates, evaluates, and structures transactions,
coordinates and conducts due diligence, and participates in the monitoring
and expansion of CI Capital Partners portfolio companies. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Raval was in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group
at UBS Investment Bank where he focused on evaluating and executing
mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in a broad range of industries
including retail, health care, industrials, consumer products, energy,
and real estate. Mr. Raval has a B.Sc. in Economics with dual concentrations
in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania.
