Tom Ritchie Principal
Tom Ritchie is a Principal and joined
CI Capital Partners in November 2004. Mr. Ritchie is a director of American
Residential Services, L.L.C., Conney Safety Products, LLC, KIK Custom Products
and Electrograph Systems, Inc. Previously, Mr. Ritchie was in the Financial
Sponsors Group of UBS Investment Bank where he advised financial sponsor clients
on the debt financing of buyout transactions and executed bank, high yield,
bridge and mezzanine financing in support of such transactions. Prior to UBS,
Mr. Ritchie was a Management Associate with Oncology Therapeutics Network LLC,
a value added distributor of oncology pharmaceuticals and supplies to the office-based
physician market. Mr. Ritchie earned an A.B. in History from Princeton University
and a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the New York
State Bar.
