Evan J. Weinstein Associate
Evan J. Weinstein is an
Associate and joined CI Capital Partners in November 2006. Mr. Weinstein
initiates, evaluates, and structures transactions, coordinates and
conducts due diligence, and monitors CI Capital Partners investments
post-acquisition. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weinstein was in the
Leveraged Finance group at Lehman Brothers where he focused on evaluating
and executing bank and high yield financings for leveraged buyouts
and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. Mr. Weinstein
previously spent time in Lehman Brothers' Equity Capital Markets group
where he structured and executed equity and equity-linked financings
for issuers in the financial services and real estate sectors. Mr.
Weinstein has a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a concentration
in Finance from Longwood University.
